Hardware is not included in any tier. Granid runs on a Mac you own and keep in your office. Below: the specs we recommend so the software runs comfortably with all features enabled.
You acquire the Mac through your usual channel: Apple, an authorised reseller, or refurbished. We provision the license and send you the install package; you run it on the Mac.
Apple Silicon, 64 GB unified memory (for example a Mac mini or MacBook Pro). Covers a single professional on Essential, up to four on Professional.
Apple Silicon, 128 GB unified memory (a MacBook Pro with M5, or a Mac Studio). Sized for larger firms, around 15 professionals sharing one instance.
Required to keep all of Granid's processing on the device.
Paid tiers keep every part of Granid on your Mac: document search, language understanding, and your document index. 64 GB is the floor that lets all of it run alongside macOS, your browser, and document parsing without slowing down. Larger, shared Enterprise instances step up to 128 GB to serve more professionals at once.
